Vegas Event House (4BR - Sleeps 10-20)

Unique modern Las Vegas House within walking distance to the Strip (by the Premium Outlet Mall).

NEW --- A new large room with a Theater screen, large couch, and dance stage with pole has just been completed adding another 650sf to the house size.   The house is now over 5,500sf!

Weddings, Receptions, Parties, Corporate Events OK --- This property is perfect for your large function. There is parking for over 70 cars and the home is designed for entertaining. Enjoy the Bar, Blackjack Table, Slot Machines (Decoration Only), Pool Table, Rooftop Spa (heated), Pool (optional propane gas heating) and unique decor straight from classic Vegas hotels. There are many entertainment areas in the house with multiple large sitting areas, including a 10' screen and a 3000 watt surround sound system with 8 subwoofers and a bar!

There are many black lights and some colored lights in the house so it is somewhat dark in areas of the house (like a nightclub). This is an entertaining house and is not considered an "Ultra-Luxury" property.

The limo in the pictures seats 10-12 and is yours to use during your stay for no charge (you just need to tip the driver - $50/hr recommended with 1 hour minimum). We can even pick you up from the airport when you arrive in Las Vegas!

Additional Event Fees ...
1) 50 or less on site with a 3 night rental - no additional charge
2) 50-100 on site with a 3 night rental - 1 night extra charge

If you just want a 1 or 2 night rental for a large event of up to 100 people --- total rental and event charge is equal to 3 nights but you can only stay for up to 2 nights (+ $300 cleaning fee)

Rates from 5/27 - 7/16 for stays under 4 weeks (EDC Timeframe)

By popular request we are making our properties available for a short stay (at a premium price) in early June during the Electric Daisy Carnival.

We typically set aside our properties for minimum 4 week rentals during the World Series of Poker (WSOP) which runs from the last week of May to mid-July each year.  If your dates are flexible I can confirm you in one of our properties prior to the last week of May or after mid-July at our regular posted rates.  If your dates are not flexible I can only confirm you in one of our properties at a premium price (because we will not be able to rent out the property for WSOP).  Here are the rates for short term rentals during this time frame (minimum charge is for the rate listed below and that includes up to 6 nights).

The following properties are still available for the EDC period.  If you are interested in one of the following properties at the prices indicated CONTACT US and let us know what property and exact dates you want and we will send you a reservation link.

3 bedrooms (sleeps 8-10) - Queensridge Coast -- $4,500 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are just $300/nt
5 bedrooms (sleeps 12) - West Vegas Estate 2 -- $7,700 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are just $650/nt
4 bedrooms (sleeps 10-20) - Vegas Event House -- $8,900 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are $700/nt
6 bedroom (sleeps 12) - High Roller Mansion -- $16,000 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are $1,500/nt
11 bedroom (sleeps 30+) - Spanish Mansion -- $22,000 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are $1,500/nt
7 bedroom (sleeps 14-20) - Spanish Mansion 2 -- $25,500 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are just $2,000/nt
